Alistair is a Senior Human Factors Engineer at BMT. His HF career to-date has included a range of research and consultancy focus, covered both supplier and customer-side positions, and has spanned a number of domains. This includes: five years working as an HF Engineer/Consultant within the Defence and Security domain; one year as a Senior Research and Development Engineer for an automotive OEM; seven years as an HF Researcher, primarily within road transport; and two years as an HF Consultant within the Rail domain. This diversity of background is brought to bear in his work. His particular interest within HF is the application of systems thinking and finding multi-disciplinary synergy.
