3CDSE All Secure Standard for COVID-19 Safety

Default Image

The 3CDSE team and our event venues will be implementing enhanced measures in response to COVID-19 that will provide you with the assurance and confidence that 3CDSE has your health and safety as our number one priority.

The '3CDSE ALL SECURE STANDARD' Framework is based on the 'ALL SECURE STANDARD' which has been developed by the Event Industry and approved by Government.

Our aim is to replicate the All Secure Standard as closely as appropriate for our event, in order that Exhibitors and Visitors may have a commonality of approach across all wider events that they attend.

The 3CDSE All Secure Standard is a programme of enhanced safety measures to reduce the risk caused by COVID-19.  Measures are broken down into four key areas outlined below.

The COVID-19 situation is changing daily and we are listening closely to the advice of the UK Government, whilst we simultaneously concentrate on planning and delivering a safe and healthy event in November 2021.

Exhibitor Guidance

To support the planning of your participation at 3CDSE post Covid-19 we have created some Exhibitor guidance.

We know how important it is for you to generate new business and to finally meet face-to-face with your existing and prospective customers, so we are committed to delivering an event that meets those needs, in the best possible format, while maintaining the health and safety requirements outlined here.

We have published a concise summary of all the things you will need to think about as an exhibitor, with some helpful tips and solutions to make your experience easier. We have aimed to keep these very similar to the enhanced requirements you will encounter at other events, therefore hopefully providing you with a consistent approach.

While some of the enhanced precautions will involve a significant change from previous events, there are many other small steps you can take which will make a big difference. Download our guidance checklist here.

Please note: the information may be subject to change.
