ARRIVING BY CAR
To find the showground, visitors travelling from the North on the M5 motorway should exit at Junction 7 and follow the signs to Malvern. Travelling from the South on the M5, visitors should exit at Junction 8 onto the M50 motorway and then after a very short distance take Junction 1 signposted to the Malverns.  Follow the brown road signs for Three Counties Showground from all main routes or use postcode WR13 6NW for SAT NAV. There will be free parking available on site. 
ARRIVING BY TRAIN
The closest train station is Great Malvern which is approximately ten minutes drive to the showground. For train times and updated schedules please see http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ 
DISABLED ACCESS
All the buildings at the showground have ramps and are accessible by wheelchair. If you’re a blue badge holder, please use the brown gate for allocated disabled parking near the showground entrance. You’ll find disabled toilets throughout the showground. Electric scooters and manual wheelchairs are available for the disabled, elderly, and mobility impaired visitors, courtesy of the Event Mobility Charitable Trust.   • 3CDSE 2020 is open to members of the defence & security industry, those intending to supply to the defence & security industry/military/law enforcement agencies; the military, law enforcement, relevant UK and international government bodies, defence and security-related charities and their associates. In attending the event you confirm that you meet the above criteria.
  • You must present a printed ticket upon arrival at 3CDSE 2020. Electronic copies will not be accepted. Printer facilities will be available, but for expediency and to avoid queues please bring your printed ticket with you.
  • Attendees at 3CDSE may be subject to a spot-vehicle check.
  • All attendees will be subject to a bag check.
  • 3CDSE lanyards and valid entry tickets must be clearly displayed at all times whilst on site.
  • Other than personal bags and equipment relating to exhibitor stands, large bags or other equipment will not be allowed onto the site. There is no secure storage at 3CDSE. Items left unattended anywhere on site at 3CDSE may be removed and if deemed a security risk, destroyed.
  • No mobiles, tablets or other electronic devices will be permitted in the MoD Industry Day theatre on 14th July 2020. Lockers will be provided external to the theatre to leave such items.
